TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE OUT OF SPAIN

ORDERS

The orders can be placed online, by fax, email or post, indicating the code and the description of the desired item; as well as providing the contact details of the ordering customer (name, address and contact telephone number).

The items will be kept for 7 days. After that period, if the order has not been paid, Tienda Scoutsur Cádiz reserves the right to put the articles at the disposal of another client.

Minimum order 30 € (VAT not included).

PRICES

VAT (16%) is already included in the displayed price. However, prices are subjected to modifications without previous notice.

DELIVERY

- When delivering abroad, the customer is required to pay for the postage and handling of the ordered items.

- The actual delivery of the items will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to.

GUARANTEE

TIENDA SCOUTSUR CÁDIZ guarantees the quality of its products and shows responsibility for the management of any complaints before its suppliers for the faults that these could present.

If for any reason customers are not satisfied with the purchase, TIENDA SCOUTSUR CÁDIZ likewise guarantees the return of the amount paid for them, providing they are returned within ten days of delivery. The postage and handling will be at the expense of the customer.

RETURN

In the event of a return, customers are required to return items unused and in their original packaging within ten days of delivery. Please indicate on a note if you would like a return or exchange. If you are exchanging for a different size, please indicate the new size you are exchanging for. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

In both cases TIENDA SCOUTSUR CADIZ will try to attend your request as soon as possible.

NECKERCHIEF AND GILWELL KNOT

To be able to acquire the Knot and Handkerchief Gilwell, it is required to be in possession of the THE WOOD BADGE certificate. If this is your case, please send us the relevant accreditation together with your order (i.e. SCOUT LEADER CERTIFICATE).

PAYMENTS

- Bank transfer: You may purchase our products via bank transfer. Please send us your order by e-mail and we will calculate the amount payable. We will then provide de details of the account number, and IBAN and SWIFT (BIC) codes of our bank so that payment can be processed. Your order will be dispatched once the transfer has been received. All bank charges for the transfer will be at the expense of the buyer.

- Paypal: We´ll send you an e-mail with the full amount.

- To make an order effective, the amount received should be the 100% of the total purchase.
